Helppp! 😭

Have not yet figured out what’s going on with me I get these flare ups like I got hit by a truck and my back hurts neck and vision get weird non stop and every few months I get flu symptoms where I throw up like I have the flu it’s just a constant thing anyone know of anything that can be related to like auto immune ?
