Nervous stomach symptoms

Does anyone experience nervous/churning stomach when they wake up? Why do I feel this way when I first wake?

If it ain’t waking you up or it’s not hurting when your sleeping then that’s good.

It means that what ever your experiencing is a matter of the mind and if you think it you can make it happen.

Try to plan your morning for example set your alarm and get up and go do the washing up etc and try not to give your kind time think about your stomach.

Thanks for your reply Nobster. I will try to just let it happen without thinking about it. Unfortunately it is there in an instant and I waking at 4.30 am since taking Prozac for the last 3weeks.

Ah , well there you go. Prozac will do that to you. Prozac has its benefits but also it’s disadvantages. Speak to your doctor to see if you can have a less intrusive drug alternative. All the best.
