Should I be worried?

I have Anxiety, but with this anxiety I suffer some scary and strange symptoms. The most common being a strange pressure in my head, my ears ring, my head goes all dizzy, and I feel as though I have water in my skull, and it happens nearly every evening. Does anyone else get this? Should I be worried?

I experience moments like this myself. Not regularly but once or twice a week. I have to sit down immediately or I will lose balance and fall. Not embarrassing at all in public. This feeling is usually a reaction to extreme stress/anxiety. Check with your Doc about medication reactions, too.

Take care of yourself

I’m sorry to hear you also suffer with this, it can be really scary sometimes. I’ve spoken to my doctor and therapist and both have said it’s just my anxiety. However with my health anxiety I worry it’s something else

I get this too. One of the many symptoms I'm told are due to anxiety but like you, I worry they are something else.
