Like what I mean is, are anxious thoughts that slight bothered you but you were able to deal with them quickly are more harder to deal with now because the lockdown has affected your mood and such?

I think everyone feels like that! I am a sociable person and being deprived of my social outlets is driving me crazy. Hopefully the worst will be over soon, but I'm not holding my breath.

I've found doing exercise at home is really helping me to stay sane. There are loads of free workouts on Youtube

Yes definitely struggling with anxiety every single day. This isolation is really getting to me. I am also working from home . I am a teacher assistant at a special needs school. Its so hard to work from home. I thought before all this virus i was handling it well. Week number 7!! I am trying my best

I am having a hard time coping with this. My muscles are tense and my anxiety skyrocketed. I am homeschooling so it means I don’t have time to be alone and relax.
