Anxiety and nobody understands

My pressure has been 157/100-103 and I’ve been having confusion head dizziness and chest pain

They did EKG. But that only monitor the heart for a split second . My brain is foggy does anyone anxiety give them brain fog ?

Well, that's a high blood pressure. Are they treating or monitoring or what?

They gave me some meds for the high blood pressure I started it tonight

I’ll be honest I’m feeling brain fog I took a half of the high blood pressure meds because I’m afraid of meds but I’m gonna try it .

Do what you feel is best but monitor that pressure. You want that to come down.

Anxiety and depression can give us brain fog. I know I experienced that until I was put on meds for it.

Be gentle with yourself. This is a rough time and that is probably escalating things.

I recently was prescribe the Zoloft as well . 25mg

That's great news on the Zoloft. Remember it takes time for these meds to take effect. I hope it works well for you!

I’m experiencing this everyday it sucks it makes me cry an scared and nobody understands I’ve been having your symptoms and these horrible heartburn symptoms that makes me feel like and can’t breathe with my asthma and I’ve been having anxiety worrying if it’s the covid but I was already tested came back negative ! My head is always foggy like I’m in a dream and it’s scary !

It very scary . I just try and tell myself this is normal to feel when stressed but once it’s over you will feel better . But it’s so hard to believe that omg ANXIETY HAS TO BE THE WORST . Mental is so hard to balance
