hi take time out relax eat something and a nice glass of water.you could be overdoing it or even over thinking.
I used to feel like this with anxiety and panic attacks my mind would just run away with itself and I’d feel a sort of impending doom but it really was just anxiety, just try to keep telling your self that an try to think about something else or do something to take your mind off it an it’ll slowly but surely fade an take it from the man who knows very well of it try not to WORRY😂 your okay
Anxiety comes out in so many different ways. Anything you feel in your body, your mind makes it 100 times amplified.
As long as you have moments during the day/night where you feel more normal then you can safely say that's it's only anxiety.
Best thing to do is jump out of bed in the morning (which I know seems hard) and immediately do some exercise like running on the spot or press ups. Go out into the garden bear footed and walk around. When you raise your heart rate it very quickly lowers your anxiety symptoms. And then get stuck into something as you start to feel the release of the feelings you've been having.
Also, deep slow breathing for at least 5 minutes really does work once you just start to accept it for what it is and that you are actually alright.
