Hello
I had one last year and I never realised just how painful and ill they are as I had never had one before
I had all the symptoms you had and it was awful I really feel for you
Did they not put you on any medication , I was given some which cleared it up in a few days
Cranberry juice and plenty of water is what you need to be drinking especially the water , I know it is boring maybe but does help
O good , I will still drink plenty of water helps flush it out as well as been good for you I would say in about 3 days you should start to feel some difference in how you are feeling now , could take the full course before you feel 100% again but it took just a few days for me anyway to start seeing it was easing
Along side your antibiotic, there is something called Cystex that will stop the pain and discomfort. For me it’s a miracle you can buy over the counter, usually felt better within 20-24 hours.. after a couple of doses).
I had terrible pain and discomfort (constant burning and twinges, I also always had low grade fever)
Hiya, I've had my fair share. They are pretty awful. Not had your symptoms though, you may be experiencing anxiety as well. I've definitely had those symptoms from anxiety! Your UTI symptoms should start going away soon if you're on antibiotics. Normally takes 12 to 24 hours for me after starting antibiotics to feel better.
