Weird feeling

Sometimes things just look weird. I know for a fact it’s not depprelization or derrelization because I know what that feels like. But when my anxiety kicks in everything looks weird. It happens the most when I’m in brighter area because I’m always in the shade. It also happens when I go to a different location. Idk how to explain the feeling but sometimes that can trigger my anxiety

iv experienced this almost constantly since 2018 and havnt really found anything that explains it,my eyes and head are the 2 places my anxiety shows itself the most,i could be wrong but over time iv put it down to mainly fatigue as my eye symptoms and brain fog are at their worst when im more anxious which makes me more fatigued
