I've been having a hard time breathing, I've already been to the doctor and they said it was anxiety and I know it is because whenever I don't think about what's going on in the world I breathe fine. But, has anyone else breathed in so much and hard that it started to hurt your chest? I'm able to calm myself down alot faster and easier knowing I'm not the only one and it's normal. I try to not think about breathing so much but it's kinda hard yaknow
