Not really sure how to start this because this is the first time that I am really talking about it. Ever since I got out of high school which was about 5 years ago, I just feel different. I’m not talking about because I don’t talk to the same people I used to, or I don’t play sports anymore, I am talking about mentally. I started to notice it when I went back to school last year and I just can’t shake the feeling. I haven’t gone to see or talk to anyone, because I feel like if I do then it becomes real. I don’t want to be a burden on my family and I’m just not really sure what to do..
