I ask the same question because I feel like I physically can’t walk. When I do it’s like my body bunches over and I hold my breath but I try my best not to. I get very shaky and haven’t been outside due to isolation for 5 weeks. I’m scared that once this situation is over I’m not going to be able to go back to work because of how physically horrendous I feel

You can go outside for a walk , or are you in isolation? If you have the virus they want you home for two weeks or until it’s done, but wear a mask if your healthy and not compromised if you need to go to the store it even outside if it Bauer’s you feel better. Sit in your yard but don’t become agoraphobic . If you have a pet take them with you. Keep in touch

I have a blood disorder so I’ve been told to stay at home for 12 weeks. I look back at myself a few months ago and I’d do things without any bother and now here I am feeling like I can’t even walk or do the simplest of things like tidy up. How does that happen

I have health anxiety and hyper focus in so many symptoms and doctors appts. I feel that my peace if mind and even then I second guess the doctors, I work out a lot and I’m fine then but go right to ocd thinking, I know it’s terrible, and don’t google ever. Keep in touch

I hate google, it shows the worst cases and illnesses. I sometimes get such weird symptoms that even google has nothing to say about it and i panic even more ,why m i so weird and like this.

I’ve done that, where google doesn’t know, and I reword it to see if that makes a difference, ugh I hate this , I don’t understand how my friends will tell me stuff wrong with them and do nothing. Just to go to the drivers store, I have Clorox wipes in my coat pocket and pick items that are in the back of shelves to avoid touching stuff in the first row and I don’t like shopping carts. This covid 19 has everything out of control, but they say we are doing a good job of being careful
