Coronavirus and aniexty

How I Coronavirus affecting everyone I have really bad health aniexty it only started once my 2nd pregnancy now I have 3 children it has progressive got worse and worse I’m really worried about my parents my dad keeps going to the shops for food every single day which I have tried telling him how worried I am and my mum works in the hospital for nhs. I’ve hardly slept for a week my health aniexty is through the roof I have been a mess today I can’t stop worrying and crying I have banging headache just need someone to talk to thanks 🙏

I've been a mess all week today I've felt sick like stressed sick and felt warm but I'm so stressed that I think I caught the virus even though been to local shop and back past week and used hand sanitizer I'm pure stressed anxiety through the roof atm

I’ve never suffered with health anxiety before all of this, but now every twinge I feel, I’m convinced I’m going to die.

Since the start of self isolation, I’ve had a constant tight chest, butterflies in my chest and stomach, I’ve been shaking a lot and had heart palpitations.

I tried medication (which made it worse) and mindfulness, but nothing seems to ease it.

Reading this forum has helped this morning to try and understand that this is all normal when suffering from anxiety. But it’s so hard to distinguish anxiety from a physical problem like coronavirus, or even a heart attack.

I read today that only 2% of coronavirus cases turn severe. I hope that statistic helps you!
