Light headed

Too much light makes me lightheaded. I don’t know if it’s the light making it seem like I’m lightheaded or if I’m actually lightheaded. It’s weird because when I leave the house to get groceries or walk out to the car everything’s so bright and it just messes my head up to the point to where I feel lightheaded. its such a trippy feeling.

Hi olivia. I also have similar symptoms, i am sensitive to light and lound voices, either music or my kids screaming etc, i never had this before unless i got anxiety years ago, so this is probably anxiety
