Here I go again....

It’s 2am I’m wide awake I feel dizzy my stomach feels Hungary and tense I think maybe can’t breath weird but I don’t want my night to end maybe that’s why I don’t want to or more like can’t sleep any suggestions before I have to go to doctors to get a sleep aid to put me in a good sleep routine .i know if my body dosent sleek more anxiety more tired prone to illness but any natural ways before I go crazy thanks guys from a very wide awake binkynoo 🙄

Depending where you live Binkynoo, we lose an hour of sleep tonight

pushing our clocks ahead for Daylight Savings Time. Might not be the

best night to start working on sleeping.

Before turning to sleep medication, I would check YouTube. There are

many Relaxing Sleep Meditation videos that run the whole night. I think

once your mind settled down, so would your body and you would be able

to drift off. Goodnight, hope you get a few hours in on this short night. :) xx
