Aww yes I’ve had something like that but it’s usually when my adrenals are very stressed & exhausted like when I’ve had no sleep or blood sugar was off! When you hav a lot of stress and don’t sleep right or maybe not getting proper nutrition and all or for some over exercise or overworking can’t create too much cortisol stress hormone and exhaust your adrenal glands this feeling is sometimes 1 symptom for some? But calming things can help and things like a magnesium drink or calming teas or other things that help you destress& relax I was just sharing on here with another person that posted about asmr therapy can help relax you to fall asleep- you can find podcasts for it or videos online.
Alllll the time. The only thing I’ve found that’s really made a difference is to just lower stress levels. The less you’re focusing on the things that give you anxiety, the less this symptom (and other ones) will happen
