If I lie on my back for a few minutes with my eyes shut, when i open one I get a quick flash of thick, black squiggly lines in my eyes. It usually happens if squint open one eye and they quickly flash up and disappear. Ive had an eye test within the last month and found out I needed glasses, but there was nothing wrong with the back of my eyes or anything. Is this normal?
