Does anyone else get really red cheeks and look tearful? Like you look sad and that you are maybe going to cry?
My partner picked up on it last night, my anxiety seemed to peak after around 30 minutes and she said I looked like that for 30 minutes after that. I also felt a bit detached and that all the movements I made and everything I said and did was weird and not normal? This made the anxiety way worse.

Anxiety has many bewildering feelings and there is no point wasting energy figuring them out . I have learned this many times over. Let the feelings do their very worse and try not to hide or shy away from them. Let them be without any resistance. Let time pass as patiently as you can for the horrible bodily feelings to go away on their own. Try not to fear them as difficult as this sounds!
It’s a very difficult practice to do and your symptoms usually gets worse initially as you are fully surrendering to these feelings.
