I'm so scared

I'm so scared for my life, been battling anxiety for years. I gave birth to my son last year and my anxiety skyrocketed. My life has not been the same ever since.I have all manner of physical symptoms. The worse is the cold and hot chills all over my body. I'm scared of even going out and being alone. Its affecting my job.

Good morning Estee, It sounds like you have a lot going on with a baby, a job, a home to run. That was the situation I was in when I had anxiety and panic attacks.I recovered many years ago , I have grandkids now. The thing that helped me the most was going to therapy, I read hope and help for your nerves by Dr. Clare Weekes. It became my Bible for awhile. I made myself go out of the house every day. It's hard work, but you can do it. Fear will not hurt you, it is uncomfortable. Learn some breathing techniques to calm yourself . You'll get more ideas from other site members. Many people have overcome this condition. Pam
