Crazy feeling?

Is it normal for my anxiety to be so high I feel like,im going crazy? I'm overthinking really bad rn as well.

I had the same thing a while ago.. I was searching to see if I was going crazy and trust me searching things is the worst thing to do because the internet is full of lies! I ended up going to the doctors and they gave me propranolol which helped me with my panic attacks then in the end I forgot about the panicking and I felt fine. but honestly just stay calm and don't panic you will be okay. its all about your fight or flight.
