I am not sure I am having panic attacks...I just call them episodes. But, here is the strange thing...they only happen at home. When I am out, I am tense but never have one of these episodes. Anyone else out there get them more at home. And I am not sure that they are even panic attacks, since they don't ft the usual mold.

I get high anxiety at home and feel better when i go out. Its almost like feeling agitated and frustrated then the thoughts start to spiral. I truly think in my case its because i have a horrible neighbor and I am not comfortable living next to him. Also I had a major panic attack in bed one night and I do have gad and depression but that panic attack scared the hell out of me and I fear it might happen again. I have been on a super low dose of prozac and feeling better some days so hopefully its gonna work for me. I hope you can figure out your triggers at home and find a resolution for your anxiety.
