Painful sensations in 🦵

Anyone had pinging nerve sensation in legs more than all over body. Sometimes in arms but mainly in legs and feet. Feels like pin pricks, stabbing, whoosing weirdness hard to explain. Tingling but painful. I’m on Citalopram and Gabapentin to see if it helps as all started after being signed off the stress and anxiety in Oct last year

Really hoping it’s not fibromyalgia. Everyone thinks it’s stress and anxiety but it never goes away unless i’m asleep

Any thoughts please
