I fear traveling on motorways as we are not close to a hospitalšŸ˜¢this is ruining my life..anxiety and panic is ruling my brain

I too donā€™t particularly like motorways but often find that when I am going along, after a few mins of panic I find I quite enjoy being at the same constant speed, it becomes relaxing and makes me feel sleepy. Music helps too! Perhaps you could listen to a podcast or put a playlist together of songs you enjoy x
