Hello & Welcome

I am so glad that you are still here but so sad you got so desperate that you felt the only way out was to take your life

I have had those feelings and tried before but it is not the answer no matter how hard life feels

Now you have found these Communities hopefully knowing people are here feeling and trying to cope in all different situations but with anxiety and depression in common you will not feel so alone and you always will have someone to talk to

Take a day at a time , do what you can to help yourself within that day and no matter how big or small that may be feel proud that you are a survivor

Thank you so much, I don't have friends I don't go out,I just work ...home...work home....I hope I find beautiful people here.

I am sure you will as well as support and maybe eventually suggestions that might help you so you can have more in life than just work

Everyone needs friends and you will make friends on here but maybe when you feel strong enough you can find some groups or activities to take up where you can start interacting with people again x
