Hi. It's been a minute and good to hear from you. Well I am awaiting Christmas and hope it goes well. This will be a different holiday for me since my kids will be away with our family back in our home town while I will be away at home by myself. I'm definitely nervous to be home alone and also nervous for my daughters safety. Not that I need to be but I've never allowed my kids to be away from me on a holiday like Christmas. I'm probably gonna cry myself to sleep every night. But I said, that this is that one chance to face my fears one way or another. So I wonder how my anxiety and its symptoms will show itself this time.

Just take it one day at a time I was on a trip last week and trust me i thought anxiety would have ruined it but I actually didn't have any flare up but I had my tools with me incase they did you can do this dnt worry!

Yeah, it usually isnt as bad whenever we expect it to be bad. It ends up being ok or tolerable. I hope it will be that way.

overtired from work ... haven’t spent a lot this year for Christmas, which i found as lessened my anxiety. Refused to cook and invited myself to my in-laws. Pressure off there too lol .. Looking forward to resting and sleeping lol
