Tingling Scalp & Tremors

So for the last two months I have been dealing with strange symptoms tingling scalp daily and vibrating inner tremors mainly when I sleep. I was stressed before these symptoms😔 but I am confused whether it's just anxiety or vitamin dificency. I do have low vitamin d, low ferritin and possibly low b12. I need to know if anyone experience what I have and did it go away? Also been to neurologist normal brain scan and been to primary care which he thinks aniexty. Some feedback will be appreciated.

Hi, I have the same symptoms. I think it's the nerves. If someone upsets me I'll feel the tingling in my head. It's a really weird feeling. I get tremors in my sleep too. I take CBD gummies before I sleep and most of the time that helps. I have anxiety too. It's all connected to our nerves and stress brought it on for me. I hope you feel better.

Hi thanks for responding yes I agree it's the nerves I don't like it. I'm not sure if aniexty or something else caused it. But I am trying to keep myself relaxed. And I agree cbd is very helpful. Hopefully mines will go away completely some day or subsides. Thank you so much
