Let's kick anxiety's ass, les exercise! It isn't difficult, remember that you only need to stay in the fat burning zone, (Max Heart Rate = 220 – your age). And then determine your fat-burning range, which is 60% to 70% of your max heart rate.

It will make you thinner as well which is a huge punch on the anxiety's face!

It definitely worked for me and it is no pain - gain method!

I agree exercise is good for you but don't forget whilst it may not be difficult for you, if you are a lot older and/or have physical problems it isn't easy.

I don't think everyone has to get into the zone to help with anxiety and depression.

Doing anything will work. Baby steps is the best way to start.

I just read your recent one about exercise. I haven’t found it the clear anxiety-beater that many do, but I know it’s good for me, and my body feels better. And it helped keep my lungs strong in case of stupid virus. It sounds like it’s a solid part of your life. Yay!
