Update in Lexapro

It's been about two months since I started taking 5mgs of Lexapro. Since I have been feeling better. For the first time in years I stared going out more and although I sometimes feel hesitant, I still push myself to do it. I am not sure if it's the medication that is actually helping but I will continue to take it. still for the past four days I have been feeling strange. I feel like my eyes can't stay focused when I walk around, making me feel off balanced. It feels like if my eyes want to be constantly moving around. I felt the strangest feeling just a few minutes ago that scared me a little. I felt like a cold sensation all over my body, I even felt it in the back of my head. I don't know if my anxiety is slowly slowly starting to creep back in. I am trying not to get myself back into that state of mind but when things like this happen it gets hard. I keep telling myself that it's just a bad day and things will be better tomorrow. So far, the feeling of off balance and anxiety has not fully gone away. I really thought I was beginning to feel like if my life was starting to change for the better. I really hope I am just exaggerating and I will truly feel better. I think for the most part the medication has helped and hopefully it continues to help me.

Have you had these symptoms before the last few days. If these are new symptoms for you I would check with your doctor. The symptoms you describe don’t sound like they are anxiety related.

I have always felt unbalanced, my doctor says it's part of anxiety, I already have trouble as accepting that. I just didn't expect feeling this again after taking the medication. I am not sure what the cold sensation was but it lasted only a couple of seconds.
