Post nasal drip

Does anyone else get post nasal drip? Every morning when I wake up I have sticky phlegm in my throat. When I clear it, it's a yellowish brown or a green..

I just wasn't sure if anyone else would have this as well.

I suffer with it and have done for years

If it is brown , green and yellow I would just get it checked out to make sure you don't have an infection , mine is mostly clear and if it does start changing colour I usually have an infection and need antibiotics

Nothing life threatening though so don't let your Health anxiety start taking over

I try not to but it's been like that for the last few months. Since I had my tonsils and adenoids removed..

I would go and let your Doctor check it out

Tell them your fears and what is happening and hopefully that will put your mind at ease x

Me too everymorning i wake up with post nasel drip and cough i heard it could be from having acid reflex cause of all the acid going into my sinuses and throat. And i also get this clogged feeling in my ears and my head and my eyes feel blurry and hurt

I had a heart attack 7 months ago, but for 25 years I was diagnosed with acute, bronchtis, which they said would account my post-nasel drip, since I had already a sub-mucus resection on my nose, plus prior removal of my tonsils and adonoids certainly didn't help.

I then (18 years ago begain to develop knee oeseoartritis, after a cartilage trim and later swollen ankles, which decreased my mobilty. I didn't smoke but was always stressed.

With these symptoms for so many years and none of the doctors I saw ever suggested checking my heart, not even a simple BP check

..since my HA and stenting, all the above syptoms have pretty much dissapeared and I handle head colds much better too.

Yea I get it like every morning. It’s super annoying. I try to keep warm at night and it helps a bit

So I found out that I have adnoids which my ENT was supposed to take out in January with my tonsils. I went in for a different opinion and the ENT found that he did not in fact take my adnoids and they are huge. Which is weird for adults because normally they go away in their own in late teens early 20's..

So now I have surgery the 4th of December
