I feel the same way sometimes. It seems like I’m always thinking about negative thing. Death or something being wrong with me. Anxiety will have you thinking crazy things...
Fear & anxiety have a terrible way of taking over and ruining our health. I've struggled myself with allowing rampant thoughts to overwork my mind and cause insomnia. It is a terrible cycle & not an easy one to break. However, it is possible to implement new techniques. For me, I've found mediation to help- learning how to recognize when your mind starts to race and changing up the script. I also get out of bed when I can't sleep and go into another area of the house - read a book or do some minimal chore (like laundry) to refocus my thoughts. It really is about what you dwell upon- choosing to dwell upon what is "pure, right, lovely, true." Use these as a filter for your thoughts- pass them through this test?- Is this thought right? True? Pure? Good? If not, redirect them to something that is! Your mind doesn't have to control you - you are still in charge. Praying you find what works for you and can tame this beast of anxiety!
Hi. Perhaps you can try to let go of the thinking. Thinking is created by the mind, whereas letting go is surrendering to the right now, and becoming aware of your inner being. Peace and stillness reside inside of you.
