Hello, about 7 months ago I was diagnosed with Costo, it eased up for a couple months, however now, it is back with a vengeance. GP has put me on naproxen and codiene, but I’m still in absolute agony! My sternum, under my breasts, radiating into my back and neck, does anyone have any suggestions for easing the pain.

Heat heat heat. There is nothing better than heat for Costochondritis. You can also alternate heat and cold too if you want. Ive heard there’s a product called the BackPod which has helped cure many of Costochondritis. I can’t speak for it and it’s a little expensive but supposedly effective.
