If suffering from anxiety mine tends to be worse in the morning. Once I forced myself out of bed it gradually reduces throughout the day

Hi Lauriem4

Yes....my anxiety is always at its worst first thing in the morning when I wake up. But once I am on the move & force myself to get on with things it does improve. Hope u feel better sn xx

It gets better once I breath 7 seconds In hold for 4 and 7 seconds out
