Numb face and head

My face and scalp has been numb and tingling for the past 2 days and isn’t getting any better... can this be anxiety? I had a panic attack 3 days ago but never experienced this before and it’s awful and worrying!!

Yes they went away eventually for a good few months but have started creeping back in again over the past couple of weeks. Very on and off but starting to bother me again. Trying not to think about it too much as I worry that’ll make it worse again - main bother is my head feeling achy, cold and tingly. Given the current situation my anxiety is surprisingly very low so I’m really not sure what could be causing this symptom to reappear.... are you still suffering with it and did you ever find a conclusion/answer to what’s causing it?

Yes I am still dealing with it. It got worse after taking xanax for two weeks in January. So I have to wait now for my brain to heal. It tingles on right side and back of my head. It sucks but I know it will eventually go away. Anxiety makes it worse.

Sorry to hear that. Was it confirmed that it was as triggered by medication then? No idea where mine starts from..,
