Does anyone else get moments where you feel so hot 🥵 but it comes and goes went to the store and while paying I felt so hot . Is this normal I take lexapro could it be a side effect of that medication.

I think it might be normal with anxiety. I’m actually not sure, so please don’t take my word for it. I happen to get hot flashes a lot or my cheeks will get very warm and I’ll feel like I’m running a fever like when I have the flu or something. My cheeks will be burning, but then it just goes away.

Agreed... I get this very often, moreso now when I'm under a lot of stress which is pretty much always now. I'm constantly taking my temperature which funny enough is always low.

Anxiety I am afraid, even when I wasn't that anxious years ago, still used to feel hot and nervous particularly if there was anyone queuing behind. I used to imagine I was going to faint but apparently when the adrenaline kicks in and heart starts racing, the blood does not drain from the head and cause to faint. This all started at school when we had a horrible headmaster who used to keep us standing forever in a hotty stuffy assembly hall criticising pupils and one of the girls standing in my line passed out.
