Wtf is going on with me

Has anyone here had dry mouth ca. Anxiety do this my dry mouth started monday night

Hey Meleina! YES! The dry mouth is the WORST. I once had it so bad my mouth felt numb. When you have anxiety, your body is frequently in fight or flight mode. During this time, the body stops saliva production because it believes you need the energy needed for saliva production elsewhere in your body. So the result is you, anxious and confused with a dry mouth.

Do some deep breathing and drink some water. It will pass and you will be just fine.

Trustngod- when all of this started I got dry mouth too. Then I was put on a medication the side effect DRY MOUTH. It went on forever. I didn't realize now til you said why. The back of my tongue got inflamed on the side of my tongue freaked me out. Went to the dentist in the ENT to be told that it's my "lingual tonsil circumvallate papillae" was told everything looked fine.... For someone like me who self diagnosed on dang Google whitch brought out the health anxiety bad wasn't good.

Omg same google my damn symptoms Now im going crazy going to the damn ER every other day with different new symptoms 😂i know it cant be my teeth causing it it cuz i go to my dentist every month since i have braces so im guessin. Its anxiety

Google messed me up too. I would Google for hours. For many many months I lost trust in my doctors and believed Google. I'm learning to trust again.

Oh yeah, for sure! I’ve actually ever had dry mouth up until these past two weeks. I was freaking out wondering what it was and of course I googled it. 😭 I definitely need to stay off of google. It’s no good for the mind.

I have the same. I.drink water and listen to meditation on Utube. Sometimes just lay there and remind myself it will pass. I also quit smoking which helps.
