I'm try to wein of 10 mg zolpadem any suggestions doctor have diff ideas if I go from 10 mg cut a small bit off for a while and so on till none left anyone done that and did it work or take natural stuff at same time any Idea how long only for a bit of guidance I know where not doctors but user experience comes in handy some time they make you sleep but when you wake so much brain activity I'm trying to dettox on all meds
