Im on buspirone 5mg twice a day. Still struggling a bit. I have come out of depression. Which is the best feeling ever. Anxiety is horrible! And causes me to have insomnia.

Hi Kelsleigh. Glad to hear you’re doing good on Lexapro. I started around 4 months ago and am also doing great! Certainly levelled me out. 😊

Glad the Lexapro is working for you. But everyone is different. A couple of my friends received excellent results from it, and when my psychiatrist tried it on me, I was excited. However, the side effects were unbearable and even after the allotted amount of time, it didn’t work for me.

Maybe any SSRI which works, is a miracle drug.

Lexapro saved me too but they switched me to cymbalta and now I have ssri syndrome because of crappy cymbalta. NEVER EVER take cymbalta.
