I can't tell if this pain is unconscious somatic pain, or from a physical illness?

I've had tests in the past while experiencing this pain but tests are normal! I'm Frustrated because the pain gets pretty intense to where it affects my sleep. And im told the same thing again

What do i do?

It started last night lasted all night. Ive had this pain in the past which lasted a few days.. Yes i think i will give my dr a call tomorrow!!

Always best to double check. Have you been checked for stomach ulcers?

Yes. Had an endo and colono. 2 yr ago. All ok.

The stomach is like the anxiety central for physical symptoms! I would suggest getting checked just to be on the safe side but it sounds like it could be anxiety. I get a lot of stomach pain from anxiety.

Can be Health Anxiety which is like Hypochadria

Maybe it's something like Fibromyalgia? That doesn't show up on blood tests but causes pain and stomach issues.

I get stomach pain at night too when I'm laying on my back, also pain under my rib..
