Is this anxiety ?

Hi all

Havnt posted for a bit hope almost is well

I have been getting pains in my chest and arm feeling a bit light headed could this just be part of my anxiety?

It definitely can be from anxiety but I would always suggest getting checked out 1st before presuming that it’s anxiety just in case.

I have those symptoms as a result of what the doctors believe is anxiety however they are doing extensive heart testing to make sure it isn’t something with my heart. I strongly suggest you get it checked out!

I get these symptoms as well. I have had a heart sonar, stress test . blood test done for clots check everything and nothing wrong so its called anxiety they say. I have arm pain in both my arms as I am typing it just comes and goes I get this burning feeling on my left side of rib cage and also in my left chest side so yes this is what I get sometimes and the arm pains does freak a person out.

I have been dealing with this for 9 years almost now.. random symptoms come s and goes

Hi Dreamer

My doctor done tests on me and all come back ok so he says could just be my anxiety
