Wow! (I wish I could tag Jeff1943 in this post) I just found 2 of Claire Weekes books in PDF format that is completely free. I bought the book "Hope and Help For Your Nerves" from Amazon and the big advantage of owning a copy is that I've highlighted all the very relevant information and can take it where ever I want. Just thought I'd share this amazing find since it's been so helpful for many of us. I've been getting PDF Drive emails for many months and never thought to search for Claire until today.
