I know I haven’t posted for a couple of months.
Truth is I’ve actually been feeling a bit better!I’ve been seeing a therapist who is just amazing and has made me see things so differently.
Don’t get me wrong, I still feel all the physical sensations daily(sometimes all day) but now I just take them with me and carry on with my day rather than let them take over me.I’m not housebound now and am doing so much more!
I just wanted to let people know that no matter how bad you are you can live a life and eventually get better!
A few months ago I could barely walk to the bathroom as I was constantly so lightheaded I couldn’t stand up and felt constant butterflies and racing heart etc.i still feel these things but they are not so full on now and I’m really starting to accept it for anxiety!finally!
Just wanted to give others the hope and reassurance that life can be better.hope you are all okay and I’m always here for a chat x
