This girl that has be taken care of me for the last six years because of my anxiety she is now leaving and I feel like I can’t do it like if she leaves I’ll die

It’s clear this girl has had a significant role with your anxiety. What specific roles that she played are you scared of losing. For instance, my therapist is VERY similar to me. If she left I would feel fearful because I wouldn’t have someone who could relate to me so deeply.
