I started feeling restless the my heart felt like my heart was racing my mind kept telling me that I was going to have a heart attack if my heart rate stays fast can that happen that’s one of my biggest fears that if my heart rate is fast for too long that I will have a heart attack

If your heart is structurally normal , it can withstand a fast heart rate for a very long time (days I have heard of) and even then you would go into heart failure first before a heart attack.

If you have other issues with your heart or it’s beating irregular and fast then a heart attack could be more likely but I think the chances are still slim.
