So all my life I’ve been really good at taking on heaps of information, making quick judgements and assessments and doing the right things with that info.
Can anyone relate to information overload?
These days even a small amount of stress of little bit of detailed information can send me off into an anxious place, or can feel like I cannot absorb the information or that I wanna run away
from it

Can totally relate. Was mostly "on my game" for the last 13 years with the same company. Over time it ate at me. In April I had to take a leave of absence because I literally became so mentally paralyzed that I could not even bare to make one more decision.
It seemed to build up from the point you seem to be at to a total breakdown in the span of 3 months. I'm still off work. I've been advised to really take the time to heal and potentially seek out a new career path.
Not saying you need to do that, but maybe take a step back to really evaluate if your current situation is truly serving your needs. You may be surprised about what you discover about yourself.
I feel you, Matt. I know this post is a few days old now but i'm thinking about you this morning and just wanted to pop by and say hello as i'm sitting here preparing mentally to face the day - as I know you are most probably too. Keep going - we are going to defeat this! Best wishes.
Thank you so much for your kind words of support. It can be totally like that can’t it about facing the day! Hope that you are ok and manage to smile today
