Hot weather has been proven in so many studies to make anxiety worse. So may of the symptoms we experience (especially panic attack sufferers) mimic those of heat intolerance - a higher heart rate, sweating (of course), dizziness, feeling queasy.....so it can be hellish for us at the moment. Stay as cool as you can - i'm relaxing indoors with my trusty fan, some soothing music and a nice book that I can dip into....Sending love. xxxx
Hope you have a cooler day today so you can chill out.
We were on our boat and anchored in our little wooded bay for swimming. It was so hot that I kept thinking I would see a flock of scarlet parrots fly past😅
I have a photo so will put it a post as you can't attach one to a reply.
