For the last few weeks or so I've been having hot flashes to where my skin get clammy and itll go for so long and leave and its mostly at night & when im trying to sleep but I've been craving hot & spicy, sour & salty foods i also havent been wanting to have sex with my S/O nor give him oral and he's been very understanding & patient and the last few days I have hard bowel movements ive never pooped that much and none of it was soft and since i get weird cravings during my period & ovulation i thought that was the reason but it last way after those 2 things are over so I've taken 3 pregnancy tests to weed that out and i took them spaced put and they were all negative idk what it could be!!! I asked some friends & they were asking about my thyroids in which one side of my under jaw bone stays slightly sore like im about to get sick but the sickness never comes and i looked up symptoms for thyroids and i have most of those if not all of those symptoms on occasions but i have a regular doctor and ive always been told my thyroids are good..... Ughhhhhhh what can it be and im constantly getting hunger pains like I didn't eat when i did

Don't know how old you are but it's all the signs I've had lately and I'm going to my lady bits doctor Tuesday to see if I'm approaching menopause. I've been in perimenopause since I was 37 and they say it usually lasts for 8-10 years and then the next stage starts. I'm 45 and the hot flashes started last summer on the hottest days of the year!! Good luck and gentle hugs maybe make an appointment with your lady bits doctor.

I would go to your OB/Gyn and tell her that you might be in early onset menopause or peri. Also they can look into PCOS my friend got diagnosed with that 8 months ago with the same symptoms we have and she's 29 they put her on meds for it and she lost 40 pounds the weight was do to the PCOS all her life. It also mimics thyroid disorder. I'm asking my doc on Tuesday to test me for that Jones let me lose some weight....😂😂 Any way hope this helps, need to talk I'm here. Good luck and gentle hugs!!!
