Head pressure/pulsing, confusion and lightheadedness

Anyone else get like this? The skin om my forehead feels stretched tight and i can't concentrate on anything. Also my ears feel full and my eyes feel very heavy. Im really anxious that something is very wrong.

Hi someone, I too have experienced all those symptoms. They're not pleasant

but also not harmful. Caused by immense stress/anxiety. The more we doubt or

fear the symptoms, the tighter the muscles get in our head. The skin may feel tight

but it's the muscles just below the surface of our face that is giving this pulling sensation.

When so anxious the blood vessels cannot relax and dilate presenting with that pulsing,

head pressure and lightheadedness. Because there are muscles in the ear canals, the

ears themselves feel full and uncomfortable. Eyes feeling heavy is also caused from

the tight muscles behind the eyes.

Once you can convince yourself where this is all coming from, then it's time to believe it

and work on relaxing your mind and body. Hydration is #1 as well as deep breathing

and putting yourself into a meditated state. I hope this might help some. Hugs, xx
