Today I’m with my friends in another city for a weekend break and I feel so anxious and chest pain and left arm ache. I’m so anxious and scared. Just wanted to share

Hi Masa

I really hope all is well with you and that your weekend break went well. I am fine and doing alot if wild swimming and picnicking on the shore with friends at present as we still have good weather. I have a friend coming from London to do that today, so cannot be long.

I wanted to say I forgot to mention how pleased I am that you have had an exhibition of your art, how amazing. Send me a photo if you want to, I would love to see some of your art. Do you have a photo of your little dog also, he sounds adorable.

I am going to post a picture of my Spaniel that died called Colin. I am doing a post about him as a few people have been sharing about their dogs and have asked about him. It will possibly be today or tomorrow.

Be great to hear how you are if you are not too busy.

Hello Kim

Glad to hear from you. My phone broke down so I needed time to fix it or find replacement, that’s why I couldn’t reach the site.

I am so glad to hear that you are doing well and that you will have friends over to have some fun. I wish you to enjoy and relax!

I was busy these days because tomorrow I am going with my boyfriend on a roadtrip. I’m scared and happy at the same time. Scared about my health and wellbeing and happy because last time we were on a roadtrip we had an amazing time. I am bringing my meds with me and hope all is going to be well. We will be out of the country for 11 days, visiting 7 different cities. I have yet to pack myself today and to relieve this fear I’m having (I mostly fear that I’ll have a heart attack, and I have pain in mu upper left arm that I don’t know where it came from - maybe anxiety triggered it, maybe something else ??) it’s really hard not to overthink.

I’ll be happy to send you a private message with those photos, if I find any of my art, because these come and go quickly (my most loyal buyer - gradmom 😂)

Hi Masa

So pleased to hear from you. I am sure the pain you are getting will be anxiety. It can often cause that sort of pain.

Have a wonderful road trip. It sounds as if it will be amazing. You will have a wonderful time I am sure. I will look forward to your message when you get back but not sure you can attach a photo to a PM.
