On day one I had my yearly migraine than bed bound me for the day then day two felt like I was hungover, but now here I am two weeks later and the right side of my temple and face is still throbbing but not all the time. Been to the doctor he says he’s not concerned it’s anything sinister and puts it down to sinuses and my hay fever but I’m really worried! And to top it all off everything I eat tastes funny! I believe something more is at play here.
Any words of advice??

I'm a migraine sufferer. Never had pain fir that long.
Lots of fluids is key for me along with meds and just letting it take its course.
My sense of taste and smell change during the migraine.
But, if you are still worried after seeing your md go back.
My thought is they see you, do their check and send you home. If they don't hear back from you I think they figure you are fine. So I would just push the system if you still feel unwell.
Haven’t suffered with migraines but I did suffer from tension and cluster headaches constantly for about two weeks. I think mine was just down to stress and other factors such as my diet, if it is affecting your daily life though I would suggest going to the doctor again. Not suggesting the cause is anything bad, but for migraines you may need some sort of medication just to get through the day. It really isn’t a nice feeling but I’m sure all will get better in time.
