118/78 60bpm. You’d think I feel ok after seeeing these readings? Nope chest pains galore. feeling so awful and can’t be bothered anymore. There must be something wrong with my heart. This will never end, there is only one way I can see this ending and it isn’t pretty. I don’t want to die

I don’t understand
do you have a cardiac condition?
Feels like I do but time
And time
Again I’m told I don’t
I was just reading some of your older posts. Your bp and pulse have been stable for quite some time. That's very reassuring.
Your other symptom like gasping for air hasn't amounted to any difficulty I assume.
I'm glad these things are stable for you.
I think when we have anxiety a lot of us focus on one particular area. There are also some that worry about different areas of their body. For you it's your heart. For me it's my mammograms.
I'm sorry you stress out so much about this. I think we just need to go by the information we have.
Your numbers are good. Your other symptoms are not amounting to anything dangerous. Try and rest assured in what you know .
Hi Sandy, those bp numbers great and hb is great too, very normal.
Before I was diagnosed or even realize I had anxiety, I obsessed about my bp and heart rate. (I quit smoking in February, and have been on bp meds for 7 years). I took my bp every few hours EVERY DAY and LOGGED IT in a journal.
It was not healthy, and after the anxiety diagnosis, I convinced myself to stop obsessing over my bp. Seems the more I focused on it (even though it's good, and I cut my meds in half), the more my anxiety raged.
Don't get me wrong, my anxiety still tries to trick me into believing I'm having a heart attack. . . just not nearly as often as when I was obsessed with it.
Hope you get some relief soon!
