What is this !? Does anyone know or heard of anything similar ??

Hi ! I’ve just completed EMDR therapy for PTSD. The one thing it hasn’t solved and the one thing I’m yet to have an explanation from anyone on is this THING (I don’t know what to call it).

I might be going about my usual day or doing anything literally and every now and then I’m absolutely overcome with this awful feeling.

It lasts around 30-40 seconds. My head starts to hurt, I feel faint and I feel REALLY depressed - like just lost a family member in tears-type depressed! This only lasts about 40 seconds but in that it is so powerful and strong and it seriously overcomes my whole body it’s actually crippling ! Everyone I mention it too thinks I’m crazy and has absolutely no idea what it could be someone please help 😭
